1. You need to go to the gym to achieve transformational results

"I don't have the time for the gym." This is one of the biggest hurdles people face that prevents them even starting their fitness journey. That's why 60% of our clients train at home or where convenient for them. When it comes to getting lean and healthy your food plan is what is paramount. The gym is not needed! We've helped hundreds of clients lose body fat and get in world class shape without the gym and with workouts that align to their lifestyle.

2. Hours of cardio

"I need to do hours of cardio to achieve results". A common theme when we speak to new clients is that they believe they have to punish themselves with long gruelling workouts. Totally untrue!  We have had clients lose from 10 to 50 pounds without stepping foot on a treadmill! Cardio is a great tool for fat loss but not a necessity for fat loss to occur.  

3. You cannot enjoy food while on a diet

" I have to give up all the food I enjoy". This is the single biggest mental block most of our clients have when they come onboard. Thinking dieting means eating chicken and broccoli and not enjoying their food. Totally untrue! Our clients cannot believe the results they achieve while eating their favourite foods. Whether that be abs or just losing some unwanted pounds. 

4. You need to give up alcohol and social occasions

The great news is you don't have to give up your life for results! We factor alcohol and social occasions into our clients' plan by closely monitoring their week, checking in and gathering data to ensure the plan is both adhered to and sustainable long-term.

Shauna lost 30 pounds!

When Shauna joined Limitless, she struggled significantly with stomach issues and poor digestion. We began by identifying the root causes of her problems. For Shauna, sleep and anxiety were major contributors to her poor digestion. Once we had her sleep and anxiety under control, we saw substantial progress. A complete 180 transformation: From unfit to Hyrox Podium!

Ray is the perfect example of a complete lifestyle change for the better. He started with Limitless Coaching just after the pandemic. Like a lot of people he put on a lot of body fat during lockdown, and he had no idea how to get rid of it. Having never struggled with his weight before, we went on to help Ray lose 50 pounds and get in the shape of his life! What's even more impressive is how Ray is now living his life. He is now a competitive Hyrox Athlete and is competing at a pro level with record times, and PB after PB at 46 years old! He now stays in shape year round, has tons more energy to play with his daughter and is mentally and physically the best he has ever been.

What a journey this has been! 16kg of total fat loss

But it’s not just Josh’s body fat percentage that’s change. His whole mindset and outlook on life has changed. His confidence has never been higher. Before I started working with Josh, his approach to fat loss was to cut a load of “healthy” food out of his diet. This would last for a few weeks but because nothing was tracked or measured he usually made very little progress, lost motivation and then went back to exactly what he was doing before.

Getting a bit older and heading into his 30s he stopped getting away with as much as he had been. Too many take aways and not enough exercise left him in a situation where he was pretty unhappy with how he looked and felt. Slowly but surely we got him onto a meal plan and incrementally adjust his eating and exercise habits. One meal at a time, one workout at a time he’s begin to morph into a completely different human.

This is the end result of unbelievable commitment and hard work and I could not be prouder.
