Do I Need A Gym Membership?
No. 60% of our clients train at home or where convenient for them. When it comes to getting lean and healthy your food plan is what is paramount. The gym is not needed! We've helped hundreds of clients lose body fat and get in world class shape without the gym and with workouts that align to their lifestyle.
Will I have to do Hours of Cardio?
No! A common theme when we speak to new clients is that they believe they have to punish themselves with long gruelling workouts. Totally untrue! We have had clients lose from 10 to 50 pounds without stepping foot on a treadmill! Cardio is a great tool for fat loss but not a necessity for fat loss to occur.
Can I Still Eat Foods I Like?
100% yes! This is the single biggest mental block most of our clients have when they come onboard. Thinking dieting means eating chicken and broccoli and not enjoying their food. Totally untrue! Our clients cannot believe the results they achieve while eating their favourite foods. Whether that be abs or just losing some unwanted pounds.
Do I have to give up Alcohol and my Social Life?
No. The great news is you don't have to give up your life for results! We factor alcohol and social occasions into our clients' plan by closely monitoring their week, checking in and gathering data to ensure the plan is both adhered to and sustainable long-term.
